We are looking for a Content Manager/Editor with an engaging and upbeat voice to produce and curate the Ivy Exec Executive Insights blog. You are first and foremost a brilliant and prolific writer skilled at producing copy that is compulsively readable, on trend, and actionable. In addition, you have the knack for cultivating a great community of contributors from many fields for the blog.

Job Description
• Work closely with the Marketing team to review editorial calendars, track trends and provide new ideas
• Research, write and edit original content that is highly searchable, insightful, and easy to digest for the Ivy Exec Executive Insights blog audience
• Assist Marketing department in producing marketing copy to promote Ivy Exec services to Ivy Exec members and prospect members
• Build and manage a team of freelance contributors to the Ivy Exec Executive Insights blog
• Collaborate closely with entire team to ensure a steady flow of content origination that supports the company’s overall strategic direction
• Ensure that all content produced meets exceptionally high quality standards
• Track blog metrics and report findings on a regular basis.
Experience/Qualifications
• 2-3 years writing for B2C audiences for online or print publications, blogs, and social media, with proven track record of audience growth and engagement.
• Exceptional communications skills with outstanding creative and persuasive writing and well- honed editing skills
• Ability to track trends and provide a fresh perspective on issues affecting job market and career advancements
• Knowledge of audience & keyword research tool for SEO purposes
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, balancing execution with origination responsibilities
• Strong attention to detail
• PR or HR background is a plus
• Experience with WordPress is a plus
