• Using the DoubleClick for Publishers (DFP) ad serving systems to traffic all ads/tags in ad serving platform.

• Ensure proper functionality of Standard, Rich Media and 3rd Party creative with thorough testing in the ad server environment.

• Efficiently manage Insertion Orders while providing exceptional communication with the sales teams.

• Ensure all digital media buys adhere to creative, technical and legal specifications.

• Scheduling and managing e-newsletter availability and confirmation.

• Troubleshoot HTML, JavaScript and/or Flash code within ads to correct any click-through issues.

• Develop pacing reports to make proactive suggestions for in-flight campaign optimization for display and e-newsletter orders.

• Responsible for reporting ad performance metrics and billing reports, as assigned, per campaign for accounting.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with digital publishers and identify viable options for various clients.

• Help to develop and improve digital department procedures as we continue to grow.

• Keep on top of industry trends in online advertising and ad operations.

1-3 years of prior experience ad trafficking pre-roll, mobile, standard and rich media ads in DFP, including ad tag construction, testing, troubleshooting, in-flight optimization and reporting required.
BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred.

• Must be highly organized, extremely detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

• Must have demonstrated technical skills and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience troubleshooting ad issues. Strong analytical and problem solving skills required.

• Ability to effectively communicate with outside clients and publisher ad ops teams.

• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of Ad Operations team.

• Ability to multitask and efficiently manage time and priorities is critical.

• Experience handling large volume of emails and multiple ongoing campaigns.

• Must be organized and detail oriented with great attention to accuracy.

• Able to exercise discretion and keep strictest levels of confidentiality.
