MakerBot is looking for a Project Administrator with both administrative and project management experience to manage project timelines, conceive new programs, and bring new products to market. Ideal candidates are impeccably organized, comfortable juggling multiple projects, and eager to join a team oriented startup environment


Key Areas of Responsibility

Initiate/manage projects as assigned to you
Use Google calendars to manage an always changing schedule
Manage product concept and development from ideation to completion, solving problems that may arise
Evolve and streamline process of bringing product to market
Help define consumer for design teams
Consistently execute on a range of varying tasks

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree a must, Master’s Degree and exposure to technology industry is a plus
3+ years administrative or project management experience
Comfortable working with metrics and templates
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Power Point
Proven ability to work well in and contribute to a team environment
Ability to track time and tasks
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently with a high degree of initiative

Bonus Qualifications

Experience in education or non-profit development
Familiarity with 3D printing or MakerBot
