This Communications Manager will be responsible for managing media relations and employee communications. Heavy emphasis will be placed on creating press releases, key messages and Q&A documents, as well as preparing spokespeople to speak at industry conferences and media events.

The manager will also serve as a media spokesperson as required for GNB. This person will also be responsible for overseeing the development of an employee newsletter for EMEA Card Services and providing employee communications support for key business and organization announcements as required.

Responsibilities:
•Work with key business stakeholders to develop and implement PR strategies in support of the business goals.
•Draft, update and review press materials, including press releases, fact sheets, key message and Q&A documents.
•Provide counsel on message development for industry conferences and events.
•Serve as a spokesperson and oversee executive interviews and speaking opportunities.
•Oversee the production of a quarterly employee newsletter.
•Draft employee communications as needed.

Qualifications:
•Minimum 5 years of PR agency or corporate communications experience.
•Strong message development, media relations counseling and relationship management skills.
•Excellent written and verbal skills.
•Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with excellent attention to detail.
•Highly focused and self-motivated individual.
•Ability to think and act on your feet and adapt to change.
•Ability to effectively collaborate and work across multiple regions and business groups.
•Experience within payments industry a plus.
•Experience with online communications and digital media a plus.
