Cambridge University Press, a leader in academic publishing, seeks an Account Development Specialist to join our Journals department. As an Account Development Specialist, you will be responsible for participating in after-sales activities and programs aimed at librarians and end users with the goal of increasing usage and satisfaction in order to help secure renewals. In addition, this position will regularly monitor usage for consortia & site license accounts, develop and create customer engagement programs, deploy email campaigns and participate in sales teams regular meetings.

This position requires 3 to 5 years sales and/or academic marketing experience. Must possess experience in library and/or information service industry as well as e-mail & web marketing. Experience in library sales, including work with library consortia preferred. Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent. Excellent communication, organization and PC skills required. Must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
