This role is an integral member of the Knowledge Management Team, working directly with ELT team leaders and a Cambridge-based Enterprise Analyst to agree business requirements for systems, data, and related processes. Responsibilities include: building cases for systems solutions, supporting Business Solutions Analysts and other IT specialists to ensure that projects deliver stated benefits; providing local support to US users of proprietary data systems; and managing data for the US ELT publishing group. Finally, candidates must have strong organizational skills, along with an ability to work independently while at the same time being confident in working closely with users based in offices around the world. Occasional international travel will be required.

Interviews will be conducted during the week of January 27, 2014.
