Chuck Agency is seeking a Director of Experiential Marketing & Sales to join our team at our Brooklyn, NY office. The ideal candidate should have 6+ years of sales experience, exceptional communication skills, and must be self-motivated. Your main task will be acquiring new business opportunities and maintaining these client relationships.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Must already have industry contacts.

Continual and constant cold calls, emails, and meetings with prospective leads.

Develop lasting profitable relationships with new clients.

Complete understanding of information about Chuck Agency and what we offer.

Out of office networking and entertaining to meet new clients and maintain existing clients.

Full engagement in entire sales process and campaign from start to finish.

Create detailed proposals and reports for leads and existing clients you have.

Manage deadlines and meet sales goals set for you by the senior team.


Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of Out-Of-Home media experience.

Proven track record within a creative agency environment.

Must be well-versed and connected in the advertising industry.

Exceptional face-to-face, verbal, and written communication skills.

Self-motivator with strong decision making and time management skills.

Possible travel.

Bilingual - English and Spanish (spoken and written) not required but a plus.
