Full Time
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· The strategic direction and execution for all of Corcoran's customer-facing digital initiatives across search, mobile, desktop, social and video

· Product development, user experience and audience growth for all of Corcoran's interactive platforms

· Content development, optimization and interaction across all Corcoran's digital platforms

· Budget planning, advertising placement and relations, and online marketing for Corcoran content with external vendors

· Day to day management of a team of interactive specialists

· Training Corcoran's 2000+ agents on growing their business with digital tools, and leveraging online to work smarter and harder with customers

· Providing strategic digital insight to the executive team and executing on a self-generated long-term product roadmap

· Industry relations online to grow and solidify the Corcoran brand

· Translating Corcoran's brand premise across all interactive platforms

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Interactive Design or equivalent design field degree. A Master’s degree in Interactive Design or Interactive Marketing is a plus

· 10+ years of experience in a related interactive field, building products & services for online customers, including at least two years in a management capacity

· Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Photoshop. Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator. Knowledge of Adobe After Effects is a plus

· A deep understanding of online marketing technologies and strategies, with a balance of hands-on execution and strategic planning

· Excellent organizational, planning and project management skills. Ability to manage, prioritize, multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to manage and collaborate with team members and vendor to achieve goals

· Knowledge of latest internet trends, business models, social media policies and web technologies

· Demonstrated success generating and implementing a strategy leading to improved leads generation, increased site traffic and site growth

· Highly analytical. Able to review data to analyze performance and draw conclusions and insights

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with outstanding presentation skills
