Job Details:
•Create and implement Parragon Books marketing, social media and promotional efforts for North America for both print and digital projects
•Manage Social Media outlets and work in tandem with Parragon Global Marketing and Social Media Strategies and Parragon teams in UK
•Develop marketing strategies for key physical and digital titles
•Work across gift/stationery/publishing/toy and Licensing industries
•Create innovative, outside the box, marketing initiatives
•Work with social bloggers to create interest, excitement and buzz on publishing program
•Be able to draw outside the lines while keeping target goals in sight
•Develop partnerships with key media outlets, organizations and online environments for announcements and promotional opportunities
•Create and develop campaigns bespoke to key title launches
•Identify and develop outside partnerships for cross marketing opportunities across multiple platforms
•Develop external PR relationships and set objectives and agreed KPI’s
•Work in tandem with sales teams to target key retail initiatives

Required Skills:
•Candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment while managing multiple projects
•Strong attention to detail and follow through
•Strong writing and conceptualizing skills
•Positive Attitude and Entrepreneurial Spirit
•Strong Time Management and prioritizing skills
•Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat
