Mashable is adding another key position to its growing sales & operations team. Mashable is now seeking a smart, self-motivated and resourceful individual to join the Advertising Operations team as a Campaign Yield & Execution Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong quantitative and analytic skills to oversee yield management for Mashable’s direct sold campaigns. In this role, the Manager will help plan and build campaigns to ensure that campaigns meet and exceed performance goals.

The Manager will work directly with other functional groups within the Mashable Sales team to understand and implement campaign requirements on the front-end, manage optimization within and across campaigns to meet brand objectives, and assist in translating the results and insights back to partners. This candidate should not only have strong analytic and problem-solving skills, but also excellent communication skills to impart critical information to a broad non-quantitative audience, and be comfortable working in teams.

Provide input and guidance around campaign design, including requirements for success and optimal use of the DFP platform to achieve brand goals
Implement and launch campaigns across supply & data partners to ensure alignment with all requirements, constraints, and objectives
Execute and oversee day-to-day yield management across all campaigns and supply sources, including performance monitoring, identifying and implementing enhancements, issue identification and escalation
Partner with the Operations team as well as key vendors to facilitate reporting and ad hoc analysis

Basic Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience applying analytics in a business environment (ideally in Media, Marketing, or Finance), e.g., marketing analysis, data mining, predictive modeling, customer segmentation, and campaign measurement
Experience with marketing campaign design, campaign management, and analysis required
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and familiarity with DSPs and other campaign selection tools required.

Desired Qualifications:
Proven ability to think creatively about challenging analytic problems
Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities, and pay strong attention to details in a fast paced environment a must
Experience with or understanding of online advertising preferred
