We are seeking an Associate Director of Project Management to join our Los Angeles team and work on an automotive client.The role of the Associate Director of Project Management includes overseeing all of the workflow through the agency in a timely and effective manner.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Provide leadership to the Project Management team with ultimate responsibility for meeting cost, schedule, quality, and contractual commitments from concept to launch.- Develop control systems and reports that accurately measure progress, identify potential problems in sufficient time for corrective action to be taken.- Establish and communicate program timelines and action steps to the functional team, ensuring work breakdown into correct disciplines for each project.- Establishes project plans and milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules.- Work with Head of Account Management, Creative Resource Manager, Creative Directors, and Executive Producer to manage workflow and timelines for clients' immediate and long-term needs- Identify staffing requirements by project based on project plan and ensure that staffing requirements are accurately communicated to Creative Resources Manager.- Conduit for raising conflicts/issues within the projects to senior management for resolution.- Manage Copy Editing, Asset Management, and Studio departments.- Provide leadership, recognition and maintain morale and motivation of project teams.- Perform Project Management duties as necessary on significant strategic projects.

Four-year degree is required.Must have 5-7 years experience. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Candidate must be energetic, organized, extremely proactive.Professionalism and an effective communication style is a necessity in this position.You must be eligible to work in the United States to be considered for this role.Mullen is an eoe encouraging diversity in the workplace
