•Responsible for the overall client communication and strategy as well as timely delivery of reports & analysis
•Responsible for display results for assigned client accounts
•Develop logic and rationale behind all media decisions
•Responsible for learning and optimizing performance on the Booyah internal trading desk
•Leverage and maintain strong relationships with vendors and stay up-to-date with their latest offerings
•Generate multiple clients’ media plans and be nimble with role. Responsibilities will focus on media planning but may also include negotiation, trafficking, reporting, optimization and creative management.
•Utilize audience and competitive insights to reinforce strategy and optimize campaign performance
•Work strategically with creative, search, social media and account service to achieve client objectives
•Oversee display vendor invoicing and commissions for all clients managed
•Generate POVs, presentations & supplementary materials for clients
•Create internal and external timelines to remain organized
•Oversee implementation of duties from support staff, including display media buyers and coordinators

Required Skills & Experience
•Good personality with ability to work in team atmosphere and build client and internal relationships
•Ability to plan campaigns involving traditional banners, mobile, tablet, social, email and lead generation. Remaining up to speed on industry trends in all of these areas is crucial for pitching new ideas to our internal or external teams.
•Experience implementing display campaigns across multiple networks, DSPs, or single sites
•Understanding of digital forms of performance measurement, including: attribution windows, engagement rates, conversion rates, CPA, ROAS, etc.
•Experience crafting, launching, and managing Facebook campaigns
•Minimum 3+ years of digital marketing experience
•Proficient in either DFA(DCM) (preferred), MediaPlex or other 3rd party ad servers
•Familiar with different types of buying: ex: audience targeting, look-alike modeling, search retargeting
•Proficient in Microsoft Excel used specifically in manipulating large amounts of data, pivot tables, lookups, and report creation
•Experience presenting to clients and executive staff
•Experience working on DR and branding campaigns ranging from $10K-$1M+
•Leadership and delegation experience
•In-depth knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
•Aptitude to quickly learn new software tools for monitoring and reporting
•Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication skills
•A self-starter with strong multi-tasking skills and close attention to detail
•Mobile, video, tablet, paid search, or SEO experience a plus
•Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Business or related field

Preferred Additional Skills & Experience
•Familiarity with Google Adwords and Google Analytics is a plus
•Familiarity with Nanigans or other Facebook preferred marketing developer
•Familiarity with additional online tools such as Comscore or Nielsen
•Understanding of attribution modeling
•Comfortable with talking on the phone, emailing, and seeking answers to questions in a timely manner
•Ambition and drive to produce great results for clients
•Understanding of responsibilities and willingness/desire to go above and beyond given tasks
•Ability to work under pressure
•Accountability and pride in the work you produce
