Position is responsible for managing and delegating to the Sales support staff while supporting Local and National Account Executives and Sales Management to attain departmental goals and provide high quality sales service internally and to WDCW customers and partners in a professional manner.

Position includes, but is not limited to:

•Input and maintenance of Local and National orders; resolve discrepancies
•Act as intermediary and Lead Assistant for Sales Assistants and Sales Management
•Directly supporting Local Account Executives with all client maintenance needs.
•Responsibility for contract processing and invoicing clients.
•General office responsibilities, including monitoring sales management phone lines, and main station line.
•Assisting in the preparation of Sales presentations.
•Develop spreadsheets/guest lists for station events.
•Work with contracts utilizing the Wide Orbit Traffic System
•Maintenance and update of Sales calendar.
•Backup support for the Sales Coordinator and other Assistants.


•Candidate must have 1 – 3 years relevant work experience.
•Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
•Possess outstanding organizational and communication skills and have the ability to work well under pressure.
•Must be self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines on a continual basis.
•Ability to multitask and have a positive attitude required with the ability to work well in a team environment, in addition to communicating well with internal and external clients over the telephone.
•Flexibility with work schedule is desired but not required.
•Knowledge of Wide Orbit traffic system preferred but not required
