Senior Account Manager

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for the relationship between the agency and clients. He/She will look after client needs through direct contact, liaison, and the marshalling of agency resources. He/She will be the key, day-to-day agency representative to the client and will maintain a highly responsive service orientation in all transactions. He/She must be knowledgeable in both the client’s business and the agency business. He/She reviews all strategic and media decisions formulated by the various operating departments before they are delivered to the client.

He/She provides initial strategic direction and reviews all creative concepts to confirm that they meet strategic goals before being delivered to the client for approval.

The ability to read between the lines and anticipate a clients needs is at the core of this role and an ability to solicit information and facilitate its transfer consistently and correctly across various project communication channels is a key skill of any successful Account Manager.


Desired Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
•REQUIRED real estate marketing experience or background.
•Capable of building client relationships and managing day to day project flow.
•7 years experience within an advertising agency or marketing department.

•Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment.
•Passionate, driven and goal oriented.
•Strong understanding of advertising practices and social media.

Duties:
•Responsible for overall account management, account growth and leadership to develop approaches and plans that meet the business goals of assigned clients.
•Works in a pro-active manner aimed at providing clients’ marketing plans with the greatest amount of value added through communications.
•Receives client briefings and devises communication strategy.
•Analyzes client input, together with background knowledge, research, field feedback, etc., to produce full communications plans.
•Briefs Creative and Media staff.
•Provides Creative, Production, and Media with well-documented input, support data and production materials as required.
•Provides clients with estimates and budget updates.
•Keeps apprised of all relevant client and market developments.
•Coordinates and authorizes quotations for client approval.
•Checks and approves copy, design, and production art, and coordinates client approval of same.
•Ensures prompt collection of accounts receivable.
•Writes/Manages Client Contact Reports
