HBO Coordinator, Digital Product Marketing
OVERALL SUMMARYThis position assists in the development and execution of marketing materials for HBO'S DIGITAL PRODUCTS, INCLUDING HBO GO, MAX GO AND VARIOUS CUSTOM DIGITAL EXPERIENCES across consumer, trade and affiliate distribution channels. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES• Work with Development/Operations, Domestic Network Distribution, On Air and Consumer Marketing teams to develop marketing material for digital product promotion, product launches, new product features and enhancements. •Assist in the direction of internal creative teams and external agencies in the development of marketing material, ensuring proper execution and adherence to all product and legal guidelines.•Traffic marketing materials to Legal/Business Affairs to secure approval on all rights and clearance issues.•Coordinate with Research and Analytics teams to help manage campaign tracking initiatives• Responsible for budget tracking and maintenance.•Take active role in planning and execution of consumer and trade events•Facilitate creative approvals of product positioning and brand experience in support of overall Affiliate Sales and Marketing’s strategic and tactical objectives .•Utilize Digital Library to select and clear assets for use in creative across all platforms.•Continuously monitor product developments to ensure that positioning statements and marketing copy are all accurate and up-to-date.REQUIREMENTS• B.A. Required. •2-3 years related marketing experience and strong knowledge of new DEVICES AND technology platforms. •Solid creative judgment and familiarity developing creative materials across all forms of media. •Excellent organizational, time management, oral/written communication skills, as well as ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.•Strong initiative and ability to function independently.•MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills.
