We are seeking someone with a passion for lifestyle photography that also has strong office and production skills.

The ideal candidate would have at least 2 years experience as a studio manager or equivalent of production and office experience. It is important to be a self-starter/manager, innovative thinker and incredibly organized with excellent written and oral communication.

We often have several jobs in different stages going on at once so you must be able to stay on top of all jobs while working with various outside producers and photographer’s reps and maintaining the office. When in production you must be willing to work hours that extend beyond the regular work day if it is needed.

This is a very hands on position that requires Mac computer knowledge of Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Microsoft Office and Quickbooks.

You also need to have a great eye for color balance, photo editing skills and be able to do in-house printing.

Responsibilities Include:

-working with all parties outside of the office: photo reps, clients, freelancers
-booking various crew
-booking all of photographer’s travel
-digital workflow management
-producing editorial shoots and working tightly with producer’s on advertising shoots
-all office management and maintenance
-website and social media management
-maintaining all computers and main server
-oversee work of anyone that works in the studio i.e. bookkeeper, housekeeper, retouchers and assistants
-high volume billing, invoice generation and any banking needs
