Job Overview:

The Solutions Team sits within Annalect and consists of a 25+ global team thus far. Its purpose is to:

•Identify Annalect areas of deeper focus and consideration for solution opportunities -– technology, data management and analytics/insights
•Facilitate exploration to define and document business requirements for each client
•Determine business challenges and identify appropriate business solutions to address those challenges
•Ensure advanced analytics are applied where appropriate
•Work with SMEs and Tech Development teams to build these solutions
•Engage with product team to help drive product development
•Assist with training, support, roll-out of solutions
•Proactively maintain existing solutions and deliver account servicing
The Client Solutions Director is a Business Consultant that is responsible for selling, servicing, scoping, supporting and stewarding Annalect solutions for the client account team / client. The position will be based in New York and is responsible for developing and managing relationships with OMC agencies. Currently a majority of the Solutions Team’s focus is on OMG agencies and clients – this position will help us expand to client opportunities outside of the OMG agencies. Initial agencies of focus include (but are not limited to) Organic, Rap Collins, DDB, BBDO, etc. These may consist of domestic and/or Global opportunities driven out of US offices. Travel may be required pending on the agency, account and client location. This position will be reporting to Ilana Nolte, Global Managing Director, Client Solutions, based in NY. Managerial responsibilities will include one or two direct reports (to begin with) based in NY.

Responsibilities Include:

•Consultant, strategist, business liaison
oDrive the new Annalect offering for OMC agencies and clients. Work with Ilana on a holistic business plan and roadmap for prioritized agency and client list. Develop business solutions strategy for each agency/account with clear action plan and project map. Drive sales to meet revenue targets.

•Project Management and Delivery
oWork with the Solutions Director to build out solutions according to plan/SOW. Ensure appropriate training and roll-out of solutions is planned and maintained. Guide team with appropriate account servicing and maintaining existing solutions on a day-to-day basis
oBring in SMEs, Finance, Tech Dev teams, Analytics Operations where needed to fulfill comprehensive solution requirements and recommendations. Ongoing sharing– case studies, best practices, learnings. Build relationships with key regional stakeholders such as office leads.
•Business steward
oDrive revenue opportunities and ensure costs are covered with project remuneration. Input into the product and offering - Continue to understand and communicate the agencies’ business needs holistically across the organization so we can continue to enhance, build and drive cutting edge solutions that fit those needs. Drive thought Leadership and Best Practice – whether these pieces coming from you or compiled by other individuals within the team and disseminated to agencies or client teams

Education & Experience:

•Experience in agency account team management (marketing, brand, creative, web build, PR, etc)
•Experience contributing to technology solutions/applications in marketing environment (PR, creative, web, etc)
•Knowledge and passion for the Digital media space is important
•Mindset for industry analytics, data and reporting
•Team management skills
•Client service and/or account management experience is a must
•Minimum of 10 years of experience, Director Level
•Open to considering candidates from outside the agency world (site side or vendor side), but will need to hold high competencies as above and understand the agency world
•Passion for building solutions to help marketers drive better communication
