We’re a prestigious conference company -- specializing in the finance industry (no finance background needed). We’re seeking a bright, well-educated, capable coordinator for our Midtown-Manhattan-based company. You should have 3 - 10 years relevant experience.

You'll work closely with our terrific team of producers, our marketing team, and the Chairman of the company to help manage 30 conferences per years. Your tasks will include everything from coordinating marketing, to maintaining the website, to proofreading copy, to collecting and organizing conference materials, etc. etc.
