We are currently looking for outgoing, savvy and entrepreneurial self-starters to join our growing account services team in entry-level, Account Coordinator positions. Prior PR/communications work or internship experience is preferred. Journalism, advertising or communications majors are ideal. Candidates must have strong written and verbal communication skills, and be eager to work collaboratively with other team members.

Your responsibilities would include (but are not limited to):

* Supporting several accounts under daily supervision of account lead
* Researching and pitching to place speakers on the conference circuit
* Developing pitches
* Writing press releases
* Researching and developing editorial calendars
* Working with the agency database to compile media lists
* General administrative duties including help with scheduling, compiling status reports and answering phones
