We're looking for a Digital Media Planner/Buyer who's responsible for the planning and execution of clients' online media campaigns. As a media planner, this person works closely with the account services team to identify the most effective strategies to reach and/or exceed clients' marketing goals and provides recommendations, backed by data from online resources and media planning tools.

As a media buyer, this person works directly with online properties to negotiate and secure media buys. The Digital Media Planner/Buyer will work with the Digital Activation Coordinator to analyze the success of the online campaign using result statistics compiled through multiple data sources, including: third-party ad servers, publisher data sources and website analytic tools.

A suitable candidate will possess a 4-year degree and at least 1-3 years of digital media experience. The candidate must be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote), be familiar with advertising and digital media terminology, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and have familiarity with digital media buying opportunities, business contacts, rates, as well as, tracking and measurement tools. Ability to translate client objectives into digital media strategies. The candidate should also have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
