To spearhead innovative design solutions for all aspects of Tiffany & Co's worldwide screen-based Marketing initiatives. To strategically use technology in innovative and appropriate ways, that invoke a fresh and modern interpretation of the Tiffany & Co. brand while providing an unparalleled user experience for the Tiffany & Co. customer. To reinforce the Tiffany & Co. brand through compelling photo art direction and styling, engaging user experience design and rigorous attention to all aspects of creative execution.Play key role in creating new and innovative shopping experiences for next generation of Tiffany & Co's global Internet presence including: Tiffany.com, Tiffany.co.uk, Tiffany.co.jp and Tiffany.cn. Spearhead continued development of motion-based media for Tiffany.com and offline marketing initiatives.
Qualifications: 
•College degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 4-6 years professional experience
• Related experience in upscale retail brand strong asset
• Photo art direction/styling experience
• Strong communication skills, organization skills and management skills
• Highest taste level, standards and keen attention to detail
• Self motivated, strong work ethic
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to manage large work flow within time constraints
• Working knowledge of HTML
• Computer skills (proficiency in Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash, Illustrator, Quark)
• Self-motivated, well-organized and assertive, with strong analytical and deductive skills
• Able to understand technical, artistic and design issues and clearly communicate issues to team leads/management
• Experience of office protocol and corporate working environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of and interest in luxury brands a plus
