Responsibilities include:
•Responding to advertiser RFPs with unique and actionable marketing programs
•Brainstorm with Marketing Director on customized marketing proposals and develop new product offerings for advertisers
•Create sales presentations, sell sheets and custom proposals
•Update media kit, presentations, one-sheets as necessary
•Provide a detailed summary report of completed programs and/or event sponsorships
•Project manage and fully execute all event programs for advertisers
•Collaborate with sales reps on individual accounts and categories as a whole, with an emphasis on providing solutions and best-in-class client service

Required Skills and Experience:
•MUST HAVE 3+ years of marketing experience at a magazine and/or website (integrated experience is a plus)
•Highly proactive individual that thrives in an entrepreneurial setting
•A self-starter with creative/strategic thinking with the ability to turn creative ideas into actionable programs
Strong knowledge of print, digital, mobile and social media
•Superior organizational and communication skills; must be adept at both copywriting and business writing
•Experience with developing multi-platform marketing programs that include custom print, digital, event and consumer promotions
•Experience planning and executing events
•Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
•PowerPoint expertise is a plus
