As Marketing Manager, Marketing Performance and Innovation, you will develop and implement tools, processes, best practices and innovations that support and improve the operations of Wiley's Global Research marketing team.

In this role you will benchmark current activities, performance and investments against best practices, and develop a roadmap for improvements and necessary changes; you will recommend and lead the implementation of these opportunities while providing subject matter expertise in new / innovative marketing techniques, tools and channels and marketing analytics. This role will also identify and support new systems and processes to drive increased marketing effectiveness.

Requirements
•Minimum 5 years in a prior marketing role
•Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change as well as influence without authority
•Excellent communication skills within a global environment
•Ability to relate successfully at all levels internally and externally and to form and maintain strong relationships and partnerships
•Strong collaboration skills
•Technical competence in online marketing, direct response marketing and quantitative analysis of data
•Sound knowledge of Social Media / SEO and innovation in marketing
•Excellent analytical skills
•Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative and Marketing products
