Your tasks
The Random House Children's Publishing Group is looking for a Coordinator to join the Brand Marketing team.

- Assist in development and execution of marketing plans for key licensed brands and properties.
- Help to coordinate daily project management of all national corporate & account-specific promotions related to assigned brands.
- Work with School & Library Marketing, Publicity, and Consumer Development teams to help develop cohesive campaigns across all channels.
- Responsible for the coordination of sell-in tools; sell sheets, order forms, point of sale materials as well as pitch decks, business reviews, program logos, etc.
- Responsible for researching opportunities and executing third-party partner cross-promotional efforts.
- Serve as contact with licensors and licensees and also provide support with licensed book programs.
- Handle administrative tasks as necessary

Our requirements
-1/1.5 to 3 years marketing and/or related brand experience.
-Self-motivated, able to prioritize, and can work independently as well as in a team.
- Ability to multi-task and will thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidate should be proactive and exceptionally organized.
- Strong communication & writing skills are essential.
