Coordinator, Learning & Development
Responsible for planning and executing logistical aspects of internal training events including room procural, materials production, room set up etc. He/she will gather data and report on training metrics as well as summarizing training feedback. This role will also administer the Learning Management System including curriculum and content uploads, progress tracking and reporting. This role will also perform other administrative tasks related to providing resources and services to learning and development staff.
Strong organizational skills and attention to details a must
Proficient at Microsoft Ofice (Excel, Work and Powerpoint)
Good written and oral communication skills
Able to multitask
1-3 years experience as a training coordinator
