We’re looking for a Senior Campaign Manager who is at the top of their game and is experienced in online campaign management. You will be responsible for managing campaigns as well as supporting the regional team as a mentor. This is a senior position for someone with a minimum of 3-4 years post undergraduate work experience, experienced in media, advertising, and online video. The ideal candidate needs to be proactive, eager to learn and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. This is a full time position based in our New York office, reporting to our Manager of East Media.

BS/BA Required – undergraduate experience in advertising, marketing, finance or communications is preferred.


• Managing, trafficking and optimizing digital ad campaigns, with a focus on providing exceptional service that exceeds client expectations and maximizing ROI
• Identifying valuable campaign opportunities (as well as discrepancies) to improve and drive overall operational goals
• Confident communication with clients and internal cross-functional teams as it pertains to campaign delivery, issues, testing, escalation process, and collaboration
• Act as secondary management point of escalation, assistance, and guidance for high performing operational team members

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of the digital media industry, preferably actual experience in working with programmatic buying platforms
• Familiarity with digital media buying and selling processes and a solid knowledge of advertising technologies including: Ad Serving, Interactive Preroll, Real Time Bidding, DSPs, SSPs, and Ad Exchanges
• Working knowledge of third party providers (Atlas, PointRoll, MediaMind, DART, etc.)
