Citrin Cooperman, a fast-growing, dynamic CPA and consulting firm with five offices in the Northeast, is seeking a graphic designer with strong web and technology skills. The Design and Technology Associate will design a wide array of print and digital materials, manage the firm’s website, and handle a variety of marketing technology projects. The ideal candidate will have strong concept development and project management skills and enjoy working on a host of initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The position is based in our Manhattan headquarters.


•Develop concepts and create multiple design options for review by the Chief Marketing Officer and other team members on a variety of design projects—collateral, advertisements, data visualization, logos, etc.
•Create new collateral templates and layouts; work with existing collateral to improve upon design/composition while maintaining brand consistency—includes brochures, fact sheets, newsletters, and booklets
•Collaborate with our writer and other marketing team members to create and design cohesive advertising campaigns, both print and digital
•Maintain and update the firm’s website through the CMS and manage relationship with web vendor
•Design proposal templates as well as pitch presentations and other related materials
•Ensure quality of printed materials
•Handle various design and tech-related tasks, as needed


•BA/BFA degree in Graphic/Communication Design, related course of study or equivalent, professional experience, and portfolio
•Three to five years of professional experience in the field of graphic design/web design; experience working in a corporate or professional services environment preferred
•Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft Office
•Intermediate HTML/CSS skills or basic skills
•Understanding of SEO principles and an interest in expanding knowledge preferred; prior experience with website launches or redesigns also preferred
•Adept at preparing large print jobs for production
•Illustration/logo design/branding experience a plus
•Creative professional with a passion and drive to produce great work in a collaborative environment
•Self-starter who can take a project from concept to completion
•Strong organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment; detail oriented
•Resourceful problem solver who thrives on innovation and discovery
•Ability to accept and apply constructive feedback with a positive attitude
