We are currently seeking a Marketing Associate to support our National Investor Services marketing team (comprised of Agency Leasing, Capital Markets and Property Management), located in our New York office. The Marketing Associate is responsible for serving as a strategic central resource to the marketing group, prioritizing projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and to develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles.

•Drive and assist with writing, designing, developing and distributing various marketing deliverables, including but not limited to external client communications, internal communications, presentations, advertisements, case studies, brochures, flyers, pitch materials and website content
•Perform basic design functions such as layout, text edits and image research required for ads, proposal material, templates and other collateral
•Partner and contribute with senior designers for projects requiring creative thinking and mid to advanced design skills
•Provide updates and edits to intranet and extranet sites, as well as digital and print sales pieces, to ensure accuracy and current content
•Perform editorial functions, including developmental editing, copy editing, proofreading and fact checking
•Coordinate e-marketing campaigns—gather content, update lists and track results
•Serve as resource to national marketing team through trainings, technical troubleshooting and general advisement
•Compile and distribute content for calendars, databases and best practices from national and local liaisons
•Regularly monitor marketing metrics
•Assist with industry and client events and other special projects
•Assist with onboarding plan for new marketing hires in local markets

•Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience
•Workplace experience - minimum of three years in marketing, communications, or design role
•Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge - Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
•Intermediate Adobe Creative Suite knowledge - InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
•Working knowledge of SharePoint system knowledge is a plus
•Strong research, project management, communication and problem solving skills
•Demonstrated proofreading and copy editing experience
•Working knowledge of and interest in social media platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook
•Comfort and professional demeanor while engaging via e-mail, phone and in person with team members at all levels, as well as with third-party vendors
•Ability to write error-free copy in a clean, clear and professional voice
•Ability to professionally handle confidential client information
•Ability to adhere to and champion brand guidelines and standards
•Ability to self-motivate and complete workload with minimal oversight
