Requirements:
•Develops proposal strategies, proposal documents, presentations, and sales collateral for all brands
•Continually responds to RFP's across all brands
•Keeper of consistent marketing messaging for all brands
•Knowledge and full understand of all brands
•Media kits, one sheets, proposal templates, presentation templates
•Develops case studies
•Manages digital file sharing of marketing and sales materials
•Supports sales team with pre-sales marketing initiatives
•Acts as support for sales team for virtual sales calls and presentations
•Assists Marketing Director with product development messaging, working with internal teams, sales people, etc to help develop new sellable product, packing them and communicating to sales team
•Conducts competitive and market research for all brands and entities
•Works with Audience Development on competitive research/growth strategies
•Assists in developing and carrying out marketing best practices
•Acts as point person (along with Marketing Director) to secure and maintain vendor relationships and strategic partnerships, including execution of deliverables on any/all partnership agreements
•Responsible for execution of Recommend's Reader's Choice Awards and its annual reader survey (along with Audience Development Coordinator)
•Involved in the edu.recommend.com as well as website audience development/growth strategies
•Represents brand at tradeshows when needed
•Prepares press kits, assists with mailings, and general marketing group functions when needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments, management, sales, and clients
- Time management skills, able to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite a must
- High attention to detail
- Familiarity with print media, digital media, and cross- media publishing
