The Customer Support Agent is responsible for handling all post sale client order activity to insure the customer order is efficient.? Our customers are awesome and we want to make sure they know it! If you are experienced in working one-on-one with people and can demonstrate effective collaboration, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, this is your chance to be a part of the next Industrial Revolution with MakerBot.

As Customer Support Agent, you will:
Provide phone and on line support to MakerBot customers
Work collaboratively with Sales, Product Specialist team members and other departments
Track orders
Reach out to customers proactively
Assist customers with order changes
Assist customers with set-up
Issue Return Merchandise Authorizations to customers for repair
Perform satisfaction survey for closed tickets

To be considered for the Customer Support Agent position you need:
2+ years customer support experience
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
Calm and professional approach towards helping dissatisfied customer
Effective multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
Strong organizational skills
Extra Experience counts too!
Familiarity with 3D printing and MakerBot
