Target 10, a leading LGBT marketing agency with a top-tier client roster including brands such as Bud Light, Johnson & Johnson and Showtime Networks, seeks an experienced Account Supervisor to join our growing team of smart, dynamic marketing professionals who connect brands to LGBT consumers.

Candidates must have superior communications skills and a core competency in at least one of the following disciplines: PR, digital/social media, event marketing, promotions or advertising. Experience in digital and social media is a plus and agency experience is strongly preferred. Candidates with experience in the beverage (beer, spirits, non-alcoholic) or travel and tourism categories are encouraged to apply but this experience is not required.

The agency is a fast paced environment requiring all professionals to be well organized and accustomed to working quickly and efficiently on multiple accounts at once. The leader we seek should have a demonstrated record of success and career advancement through increasingly responsible positions. Candidates must have strong creative skills for the development of marketing platforms and tactics, as well as strong account management skills for their execution. Candidates must also have experience working on integrated marketing campaigns and have expedience managing junior team member(s). LGBT consumer insights are required and candidates should have an understanding of the similarities/differences between the gay market and lesbian market.

Core responsibilities include:
- Managing all aspects of day-to-day client relationships
- Providing strong project management for integrated multi-discipline marketing
- Delivering timely responses to client and internal requests, and ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently
- Managing project timeliness and providing solutions when unexpected delays and challenges arise
- Representing the agency (both independently or as part of a team) at client meetings
- Traveling to top markets for client programs (LA, Chicago, Miami, DC, San
Francisco, etc.).
- Tracking and having accountability for project budgets (P&L)

The Account Supervisor will participate in all aspects of our business:
- Strategy development and planning
- Creative platform and tactical development
- PR, advertising, consumer promotions, influencer marketing and digital programs
- Program execution and management (including event management)
- New business development and agency promotion/marketing
- Budgeting and financial reporting
- Supervision and coaching of junior staff: AE, AAE and intern
- Travel required

The position requires excellent communication skills and the candidate we seek must demonstrate the following qualities:
- Strong writing skills - presentations, client reports, emails
- Ability to build and develop cooperative relationships with clients, outside agencies,
and vendors
- A passion for brand marketing
- Entrepreneurial, proactive and strong work ethic to effectively handle multiple
projects and be successful navigating through problems
- Good presenting skills
- Quick learner with an ability to understand clients' key business objectives and
marketing challenges
- On top of gay culture and trends
- Comfortable in a highly social/networking intensive environment
- Highly organized and excellent computer skills
- Effective team player
- A minimum of five years of related experience
