We are looking for an experienced Director of Search Engine Marketing with a strong focus in PPC and Search.

Through a team of Senior PPC Managers, PPC Managers and PPC Executives you will be responsible for the performance and strategic direction of a varied portfolio of campaigns, with particular emphasis on maximizing existing campaign revenue streams, while delivering against client's business and commercial objectives.

You will be a PPC thought leader, have knowledge of all the latest channels, innovations & best practices and how they fit into a wider digital marketing strategy. You will be encouraged to speak about PPC at conferences, trade shows and online.

•Spot check and analyze a portfolio of campaigns to provide guidance and recommendations to the PPC Management Team in order to hit and exceed client expectations and KPIs.
•Work closely with Senior Management and Department Heads to identify and develop strategic opportunities for client PPC campaigns (new and existing clients).
•Master Jellyfish’s methodologies, and internal tools
•Nurture positive, collaborative working relationships with clients, colleagues and third party suppliers (particularly the Search Networks).
•Manage and monitor the production and presentation of client facing reports, studies and presentations to Jellyfish brand standards.
•Attend and facilitate key account meetings with Account Management Team.
•Achieve continuous improvement by proactively assessing Jellyfish’s working relationships, practices and methods.
•Maintain an in depth understanding of Jellyfish’s marketplace, with particular emphasis on all new and emerging initiatives.
•Manage direct reports (Senior PPC Managers, PPC Managers and PPC Executives) effectively, ensuring that their individual performance is acceptable, resulting in the achievement of team KPIs.
•Taking ownership for the PPC Management Team’s development needs, ensuring that each team member has a training and personal development plan with regular appraisals.

•Bachelor Degree
•5 years experience in digital marketing PPC management
•Accountability for annual billings in excess of $7.5m
•In-depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running PPC campaigns
•Google Fundamentals and Advanced Qualifications
•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
•Possesses strong business writing skills and able to produce high quality documents.
•Demonstrates a structured and methodical way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands and effectively prioritize tasks
•Exhibits a high level of attention to detail
•Possesses strong interpersonal skills, particularly influencing and listening skills
