We are looking for a Conversion Optimization Manager, who will be responsible for delivering optimization products and services both used within and sold externally to Jellyfish clients. The successful applicant will have a proven track-record of how to research, plan, implement, manage & report on successful projects and stand-alone optimization deliverables. This position will report to the Senior Conversion Optimization Manager.

•Deliver & evolve the landing page optimization function
•Plan, execute & manage high quality landing page optimization projects and website usability audits in a timely and within budget manner.
•Troubleshoot and spot existing issues with Client’s optimization tests/projects and landing pages and present results internally or externally through the production of high quality documentation as well as verbally.
•Train clients on Conversion Optimization.
•Produce detailed client facing website audits and usability reports, identifying areas of opportunity to improve conversion through usability enhancements.
•Troubleshoot and spot existing issues with optimization test set-ups and present results internally or externally through the production of high quality documentation.
•Work closely with the Senior Conversion Optimization Manager to produce Jellyfish point of views and best practice guides for distribution to clients and on the company blog.
•Produce client facing reports containing analysis, surfacing trends and recommending areas for improvement of both websites and related marketing activity.

•BS Degree or equivalent
•3 years of experience in Conversion Optimization
•Experience with working on the creation, optimization and management of Landing Pages.
•Experience using A/B and multi-variant testing technologies
•Understanding of how to use web analytics & user behavior monitoring data
•Understanding of how to apply user-centered interaction design & mainstream usability, principles & methodologies when forming optimization recommendations
•Understanding of how to use prototyping & wire-framing tools to communicate recommendations to the creative team
•Design skills experience such as Photoshop or InDesign a plus
•Understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, mainstream CMS technology a plus
•Ability to create internal & external relationships and build an environment around teamwork and collaboration
•Strong business writing skills and ability to produce high quality documents.
•Strong interpersonal skills, particularly influencing and listening skills
•Flexible, versatile and able to cope well under pressure
•Excellent time management skills
•Ability to act both tactically and strategically
