The Ad Operations Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and effective fulfillment of advertising campaigns for Questex’s digital products. This is primarily a customer and sales representative-facing role that includes ad trafficking, client consultation, campaign marketing and reporting.

Responsibilities:

•Provide advertisers with end-to-end customer service
•Communicate with advertisers about campaign schedules and required materials to ensure fulfillment
•Consult with advertisers about best practices for campaigns and materials
•Provide advertisers with campaign results and analysis
•Create and manage audience-targeted promotional campaigns for lead generation products
•Maintain understanding of all digital products and inventory
•Process insertion orders for all advertising campaigns; work with all necessary departments
•Schedule digital ad campaigns; collaborate with external ad trafficking vendor to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of campaigns
•Support sales team to ensure delivery of accurate proposals and insertion orders
•Manage in-house ad operations tools
•Work with billing department to make sure that advertisers are billed properly each month

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, advertising or related field
•1-2 years’ experience in online marketing, ad operations or production
•Experience using Microsoft office applications, including Excel
•Knowledge of ad serving is a plus
•Experience with the following (or similar) a plus: Salesforce, DFP (DoubleClick), Drupal, Hallmark
