Full Time
•Maintain strong and healthy client relations with key affiliates, and be ready to take on new affiliates as new network deals are inked
•Usher affiliate deals through all stages from deal guidance (client requirements liaison to Business Development), to kickoff and migration / implementation execution, to launch, post-launch iteration, and ongoing maintenance phases.
•Along with the rest of the iOne Studios Platform team, support all publishing brands, including devising, configuring, and testing new features, as well as providing 1st level assistance in troubleshooting publishing issues.
•Create, develop and execute project planning including goals and deliverables while maintaining and keeping a schedule and budget
•Continue to account for mobile display in all things, understanding that ½ or more of visits to solutions will take place on mobile devices.
•Ensure that updates of content and creation of all web material and functionality take place in an efficient and timely way
•Ensure that brand sites are using most recent and suitable features and functionality and that best practice standards and guidelines are adhered to across the products.
•Work with individual brands to help maintain, develop and evolve their web presence
•Collaborate with the Publishing Platform team to guide high-value feature development
•Interface with and manage the expectations of stakeholders from field clients to executive management on resource, schedule and budget issues
•Assist in testing of functionality and design consistency and resolve any errors or issues in a timely and efficient manner
•Implement new guidelines and best practices as well as improvements in work flow processes across the properties.
•Train new team members on web production, systems, processes and best practices.
•Embrace the 24x7 media business including making time out of hours as needed to push closure on issues and critical priorities
•Conduct weekly project or client meetings and author status reports for major projects
•Conduct or attend daily stand-ups with core delivery team and issue regular change & priority communications
•Maintain a proactive & positive rapport with clients via regular 1x1 check-ins.
•Work, manage and coordinate with 3rd party vendors as needed on a project basis and in day to day operations to ensure that planned work continues apace, and issues are handled timely.
•Identify and develop new relationships with recommended vendors.
•Process “GoldSupport” helpdesk tickets proactively along with the rest of the the Media team.
•Pre-launch, post-launch, and ongoing health analytics via Omniture, Google Analytics, Speed testing, and other tools.
•Optimization of Video integrations throughout the media platform
•Participate in review of Statements of Work (SOWs) from vendors for project work
•Work with 3rd party vendors as needed both on project basis and in day to day operations.
