A major contributor to the success of current client programs and new business programs, the Chief Ideator will be the creative catalyst for both agency and clients while continuing to strengthen and evolve the agency’s creative muscle. The Chief Ideator will lead all creative endeavors of the agency.

•10 years minimum experience in creative thinking and ideation
•Prior experience in the marketing and communications industry
•Consistent track record of developing and driving winning campaign strategies
•Analytically driven and adept at research methodologies that inform creative
•Talent to connect seemingly disparate ideas into cohesive programs
•Ability to speak the language of the CMO
•Comfortable leading new business efforts
•Master brainstorm facilitator
•Keen social media acumen
•Knowledge and experience to mentor and manage a team
•Budget and deadline driven
•Open, collaborative and positive personality - Risk taker
•Outstanding presentation skills
•Amazing sense of humor

?Direct and drive the creative function of the agency including ideation and innovation
?Ensure creative function operates efficiently and in a profitable manner
?Ensure creative product is leading edge and ahead of our competition
?Maintain consistency of the creative product
?Listening, asking, hearing, prioritizing and translating client situations, program goals and information into strategic concepts, voice, messages and rationales
?Collaborate with account teams to contribute to the creative process
?Write and present cohesive and persuasive rationales for campaign and program approaches
?Manage the evolution of the agency’s ideation and innovation processes
