Your tasks
The Knopf Doubleday Publishing Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join the Doubleday team. This person will be responsible for:
?Managing the Doubleday websites/online platform, including major author and book sites, as well as campaign landing pages.
?Major title online marketing.
?Newsletter management and deployment.
?Training of staff on sites, newsletters, best practices.
?Social network engagement and growth.
?Day-to-day online issues and maintenance.
?SEO, both paid and organic.
?Keyword campaigns on search and social networks.
?Liaison with publicists, marketers, and promotion depts.
?Reporting on site traffic, social network growth and newsletters.
?Direct to consumer initiatives.

Our requirements
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 - 4 years of online marketing experience, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate is creative, able to prioritize and multi-task, and is comfortable working independently. Candidates must have hands-on familiarity with HTML coding, have proficiency on both Mac and PC platforms, and have experience with CMS and newsletter systems.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is essential, especially Excel. Experience with copywriting, CSS style sheets, Javascript, Photoshop, video and audio editing, and Omniture (analytics) systems is a plus.
