Underline Communications is looking for an Account Manager to help deliver innovative digital and traditional marketing campaigns for our Fortune 100 clients. Candidates must have 3-5 years experience with email, banner ads, e-newsletters, websites/landing pages, and direct mail formats. In addition, previous experience with large consumer brands and extensive client management at a marketing agency is a must.


Work closely with clients to ensure their satisfaction and foster their trust
Work with internal creative, production, and technical resources
Draft proposals, defining both project scope and costs
Inform project pricing with labor estimates and monitor project scope
Work with clients to clarify feedback and recommend alternative solutions, when required
Work closely with project managers to develop schedules and delivery commitments
Review creative and production changes to ensure quality and accuracy


Excellent organizational and written/verbal communications skills
High standards of excellence and the patience to cross-check every detail
Passion for exceeding client expectations
Proficient with Macs, Microsoft Office, and Google Apps (Gmail, GCal, Drive, Docs)
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field
Previous experience with a marketing agency
Experience working directly with clients
