•Oversee and maintain domestic and international trade accounts from over 100 companies worldwide
•Set up new FIT tour operator accounts
•Attend approximately six tradeshows annually
•Attend networking events and sales missions
•Arrange weekly sales calls at tour operator, receptive, event planner, and DMC offices
•Follow up from tradeshows, networking, and other sales events
•Run monthly and year over year sales reports and look to resolve any decline in business
•Respond to group tour inquiries in a prompt manner, and follow up on group tour requests
•Update Operations/Reservations department on new companies, and ensure that operations are running efficiently and meeting profit margins
•Helping the bookkeeper with payment follow up with account issues
•Check tour operator websites and brochures for accuracy and ensuring that tour operator contracts are up to date
•Perform strategic analysis on third party sales to determine profitability of promotions and marketing campaigns, and develop out-of-the-box ideas and tactics to maximize sales and increased brand exposure
•Arrange familiarization tours for tour operators to experience our tours, and following up after the tours
•Determine the strategic direction of the company by implementing new tours, revamping existing programs, and employing other ideas that might increase revenues
•Outreach to past groups and new groups from corporate, school groups, camps, and the senior market
•Partner and packaging with fellow area attractions
•Set up discount codes for certain programs, affiliates, and companies, such as AAA
•Manage sales interns, including implementing plans for outreach

Extremely hardworking, organized, a go-getter and someone who takes initiative is who we're looking for. Knowledge of Salesforce and a minimum of two to three years in the tourism or a related field is a plus.
