Corbis is seeking a Vice President, Global Sales for one of its most dynamic organizations – Corbis Entertainment (CE). This role will be a strategic driver who will solidify the long-term, global sales strategy and business model for the division, as well as oversee adaptation of regionally implemented sales programs designed to develop and sustain satisfied client relationships, attain and exceed revenue goals and grow market share. The VP provides leadership for the business development resources around the world and will work together with the other division leadership to ensure global consistency and regional implementation


Revenue Responsibility

Overall responsibility for meeting and exceeding annual revenue targets for all regions. Deliver on goal of generation of $10M+ new revenue in 2014.
Development of sales goals, program incentives and account management strategies.
Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual revenue reporting and forecasting to executive leadership.

Market and Sales Strategy

Develop and create a new business model for brand integration deals via the Branded Entertainment Network (BEN) aimed at media agencies.
Provide thought leadership into identification and analysis of target Key accounts for dramatic regional growth.
Create model and systems to acquire and sustain market intelligence to address current and emerging market trends, client business needs and changes for optimal reaction.
Develop and implement solid, qualitative and effective account management strategies ad practices.
Facilitate the integration of the corporate sales agenda and align the management of sales objectives with marketing efforts.
Responsible for developing personal relationships with Key Clients to gain market share across the advertising, corporate, media and entertainment sectors.
Drive development of global sales and marketing materials, including content, positioning, and pitch materials.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

10-15 years of experience including a minimum of 10 years in managing sales teams and developing strategic key accounts via consultative selling for a service company, prospecting and fostering accounts.
Established, senior-level contacts within the corporate, advertising, media/publishing fields.
BA / BS degree is required, MBA preferred.
A track record of success with the leadership of large sales teams within corporate, media, publishing or advertising industries
Proven success leading teams to meet or exceed revenue targets over extensive periods of time.
Proven experience with driving strategic decisions and innovation within a bottom line-focused culture.
A creative thinker, technically astute, and strong sales strategist. Previous success with development and execution of strategic business plans. Demonstrated capability being self-directed and motivated; innovative; customer/market-driven.
Experience working with Market Intelligence data to provide industry insight allowing adequate operational time to react to changes and trends.
Strong organizational development and talent management skills with the ability to make difficult decisions in a rapidly changing environment and competitive marketplace.
Maintaining a team-oriented and close working relationship with other division and company leaders to ensure appropriate communications and a coordinated approach to running the business.
