As a result of continued growth and expansion, we are currently seeking a Client Service Manager. The Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of account management experience. This person should be a highly personable, intelligent individual to own and grow key client relationships. Communication skills are absolutely essential, as you will be interacting with clients and internal team members on a daily basis to strategize and develop online marketing campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities:
•Develop and sustain strong relationships with client decision-makers. Maintain steady, meaningful dialogue to assess client needs and satisfaction and to foster client retention
•Provide intelligent analysis and reporting of online web analytics through assembly and delivery of monthly reports
•Maintain proactive management and consistent communication with clients
•Gather product feedback, customer needs, and overall improvement recommendations to improve value proposition
•Collaborate with internal staff to create, manage and launch projects to maximize return on investment and ensure that all client needs are met

Successful Candidates will possess:
•Outstanding customer relationship skills, with ability to grow and retain accounts, build relationships, and quickly spot and communicate potential risks and issues
•Strong project management, problem solving, and organizational skills
•Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate analysis of complex data into meaningful information
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a rapidly changing dynamic environment, with the ability to manage simultaneous projects
•Willingness to be an active participant in a team environment,
•Ability to manage day-to-day responsibilities with minimal supervision

•Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study
•Minimum of three years of experience in a client facing role
•Agency, Hospitality or retail industry experience is a plus
•Knowledge of website analytics, Content Management System software, and digital marketing is a plus.
