Provide weekly usage reports for all projects to clients
Work closely with sales team to make sure all deliverables are present in final reports
Work closely with media team to provide post-tour follow-up
Keep up to date market/station information, including contacts and audience numbers to enhance bookings
Respond to any client requests and questioning they may have regarding bookings to date and reporting
Research outlets to target for specific media campaigns

Ideal Candidate:
Outgoing personality with strong phone demeanor and experience reaching out to and booking with media outlets. Must possess strong media knowledge, “media junkie”, and keen interest in online/digital strategies. Ability to work both as an independent thinker and within a team setting is essential. Knowledge of Critical Mention, IQ Media, Cision and facility with numbers a plus.

Bachelor’s Degree in communications or related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail a must
Superb communication skills both written and verbal
Passion for traditional and online media
+ Knowledge of Cision, Critical Mention and Microsoft Access a plus
