Director of Social Strategy
The Director of Social Strategy is responsible for ongoing management, continuity, and execution of multiple simultaneous social media influence marketing programs. The Director of Social Strategy works to ensure daily program requirements are being executed and that overall program goals are being met on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. We want to meet you.Responsibilities:Set and execute social vision for High 5 Games and H5G’s social and mobile productsManage a team of on-site and remote Community Coordinators to ensure seamless communication with players 24/7Organize the social media editorial calendar and collaborate with the art department on assets Monitor fan sentiment and engagement across social media pages and communities Identify industry influencers, brand advocates, and VIPs to connect with through social media platforms and on an one-on-one basis Coordinate creative events and contests that engage and delight the communityStay up-to-date on the latest social media platforms, services and tools and explore new ways to utilize them Identify and analyze issues, patterns and trends in customer requests and product performanceInteract with the appropriate departments to stay up-to-date on social analytics and audience insights Communicate issues, opportunities, and insights to the company at largeRequirements:3 to 5+ years of experience in online community developmentExpert level of experience managing Facebook and other social media platforms Experience running online promotions, ideally on a high-volume Facebook app page Experience interacting directly with VIP players or customers Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience in online gaming environment a preferableAbility to work in a high paced environment, with constantly changing deadlines and goalsMust be self-motivated and have strong organizational skillsExcellent people management and time management skillsSolid decision making skills and ability to utilize direct reports effectively, allocating decision making and other responsibilities to the appropriate people, etc.Experience working cross-functionally across many groups in the companyMust be dependable and possess strong leadership skillsAble to conduct analysis of statistical informationExperience with CRM toolsStrong software, hardware, and online networking knowledgeProficiency in MS Office requiredMaster’s degree a plusSome travel may be requiredWe are always looking for great talent.
