To discover editorially relevant projects, build leads from the participating companies, and close $45k in advertising and content-marketing services per quarter to them. To offer excellent customer service to clients, meet their expectations, and create industry-leading editorial and audience

Key Outcomes:

1.Hit each quarterly “rock” goal.
2.Assist in Account Management team hitting its group “rock”.
3.Consistently demonstrate the company’s core values.
4.Develop at least one repeat client in the year.
5.Develop and close a “package” sale.
a.Create and close a sales that delivers more than one our products (print, web, enewsletter, tablet, reprints, multiple insertions)
6.Receive excellent client service feedback.
a.Take accountability for client service (both feature companies and advertisers).
b.Set realistic expectations for clients.
c.Make sure all client expectations are met or exceeded.
d.Provide opportunity for client feedback, and take it into consideration.
7.Provide client-editorial that meets the editorial mission statement.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree
2. Ability to work 40-50 hours/week
3. Experience in media sales strongly preferred
4. Excellent interpersonal and written communications skills

Annual Salary: $50,000 - $90,000 with commissions
