TH Productions is searching for a passionate & dynamic Creative Development Manager. In this role, you will work directly w/ our Creative Strategy Director to develop high-impact experiential marketing campaigns for both current & prospective clients. The ideal candidate is a strategic, forward thinking individual w/ a strong passion for experiential marketing & the ability to apply insight towards developing successful campaigns & winning proposals.

Collaborate w/ the creative team to develop engaging brand experiences w/ the capability of shifting perception & changing consumer behavior
Translate existing customer insights into relevant marketing strategies
Collaborate with the Creative Director to generate ideas that stand out and get clients excited
Demonstrate a keen ability to understand consumer behavior & uncover which human needs should be addressed for an experience to be successful
Keep the agency abreast of all relevant cultural & industry trends that could lead to groundbreaking thinking
Assist in the RFP process with the Creative Strategy Director

An expert in the field of experiential & consumer marketing
An understanding of the production + budgeting process, w/ the ability to create budgets
The ability to turn insight-driven strategies into measurable results
Superb written & verbal communication skills
A creative problem solver

A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in brand strategy at a full service marketing/advertising agency
Proven track record of executing successful campaigns for demanding clients
Experience in consumer marketing, sponsorship activation, client relations
Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Keynote
Create comprehensive budgets based on your concepts/ ideas using vendor quotes & experience
