Summary: The role of the Creative Strategist is defined as responsible for concepting original brand engagement ideas, rooted in solid strategic thinking and deep research methodologies. Understanding of client goals and objectives are to yield long term and revenue generating relationships, leveraging creative thinking and a knowledge of emerging digital and experiential strategies to create unique solutions which drive results for our clients. Additionally, deep knowledge of effective multi-channel communications tactics is crucial in order to yield consumer and stakeholder awareness of the projects for the brands within our remit.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Concept and develop meaningful strategic platforms / creative concepts to drive our clients’ businesses.
•Create innovative and effective solutions which are both brand appropriate and up to the standard of excellence Sub Rosa has established.
•Work with the team to communicate ideas to clients through pitches and proposals.
•Author creative briefs, program recommendations, and strategic proposals, while remaining engaged with the creative development process to ensure deliverables are on strategy and within budget and timing parameters.
•Effectively communicate ideas to the internal teams to ensure delivery against the objectives.
•Develop new client relationships while contributing to the growth of the current client base.
•Expand the network of clients, partners, and collaborators who are engaged with Sub Rosa.
•Lead, participate in and contribute to group brainstorm and ideation sessions.
•Be curious. Ask questions. Speak your mind.

QUALIFICATIONS:
•3-5 years of relevant experience
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Excellent organization and time management skills
•Intermediate/Advanced MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, Project)
•Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator)
•Familiarity with digital, experiential and outdoor advertising project executions
• Proficiency in workflow documentation and technical writing is a plus
•Comfortable in both Windows and Mac OS environments
•Undergraduate degree
