About the job:With a wide range of editorial duties, the Associate Editor is a crucial member of our editorial team. Though each of our editors have slightly different sets of responsibilities, this position requires considerable article writing as well as building photo specials and powering other site features (quizzes and photo captions, to name a few). Associate Editors are also occasionally called upon to cover industry events, assist on photo shoots, and conduct in-person interviews, so some travel may be required. As part of a small creative team whose members all have the ability to wear many hats – and love that part of their jobs – flexibility and a passion for inspiring others about accessible design is a must.About you:You’re a blogger, writer, editor, Internet enthusiast whose thirst for great design is unquenchable. You can easily identify various aesthetics and have a robust vocabulary when it comes to describing them. You don’t mind tackling large projects while you already have a few small ones on your plate. You're a natural at producing clean, clever, and consistently rich copy; you know the difference between Jacques Grange and Jacques Garcia, and you can rhapsodize eloquently about a vase or a beautifully styled vignette. Most of all, you have a passion for pushing the boundaries of what digital content can be. To apply, please send resume, cover letter, and answers to the three questions below to email@example.com. PLEASE ENTER: "LONNY ASSOCIATE EDITOR" IN THE SUBJECT LINE OF YOUR EMAIL. 1. How would you describe your personal interior design aesthetic?2.
