•BA or Masters degree (MA) or equivalent; or ten to fifteen years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience


•Manage and motivate team of 30 employees
•Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's goals and performance
•Participate in the development of the corporation's plans and programs as a strategic partner
•Evaluate and advise on the impact of long range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies and regulatory action
• Assist senior executives in performing their responsibilities
• Enhance and/or develop, implement and enforce policies and procedures of the organization through systems that improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the corporation
• Establish credibility throughout the organization as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges
• Continual improvement of the budgeting process through education of department managers on financial issues impacting their budgets
• Advise from the financial perspective on any contracts into which the Corporation may enter.
• Implement the organization's guidelines on a day-to-day basis
• Preside over quality control
• Hire, train, and terminate employees
• Develop and implement strategies and set the overall direction of a certain area of the company or organization
•Provide visionary and strategic leadership for the organization
•Develop and maintain relationships with other associations, industry, and government officials that are in the best interest of the company
•Direct staff, including organizational structure, professional development, motivation, performance evaluation, discipline, compensation, personnel policies, and procedures
