Overall Objective:

The purpose of this role is to be the lead on all content management and development for Agency 720 Social. At this time, the content that is needed is for Facebook and Twitter but may include additional social platforms in the near future.


Content Development/Execution: Working in conjunction with the VP, Director of Social and the Account Director, this position will recommend an overall content strategy to increase engagement and build local communities in order to drive interest and consideration in our client’s product. This strategy will be implemented, monitored and evolve as the platform evolves.

Content Management: This position will be a master juggler of content coming in from many different directions: our field directors, event managers, local market curators, national programs, regional programs and more. This position must track the content coming in from these sources and manage many content calendars (21+ and growing) including a master calendar.

Mentor + Teacher + Leader: to a community manager that will work with and report to you. Your vision must be easily communicated to the community manager and together you’ll bring the department to the next level.

Integration: Work closely with the social art director to create custom images and other elements.

Command Central: Work on a content management platform to best streamline common and market specific posts and metrics.

Bring it On: Participates in new business research and presentations. Proactively seeking new opportunities to contribute to the social team.

Relationship Manager: Must be hyper vigilant with all our social communities to address any issues, be able to ascertain various levels of issues (urgent/non urgent) and respond in an appropriate, agency-approved way.

Brand Voice Expert: This position will be able to exude our client’s brand voice in all community management.

Performance Evaluation: Be ready to be able to track your content strategy with metrics and evaluate the growth and performance and take appropriate next steps.


-Be a self-starter, taking initiative, anticipating needs, and getting stuff done.

-Have a positive, can-do attitude, not complaining or making excuses.

Possess excellent spelling, grammar, punctuation, and overall communication skills (both oral and written).

-Be highly organized and detail-oriented.

-Have at least 3 years’ experience as a Community Manager.

-Have at least 3 years advertising agency or similar experience.

-Be familiar with content management platforms.

-Be able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities, without becoming frustrated or irritable. Be able to work with many different groups of people around the country (our account directors.)

-Have a Bachelors degree.

-You must be a contributor to the social team and be passionate about what you do + people!

-Have an entrepreneurial spirit and be a self –starter.

-Automotive experience a huge plus.

-Have a list of three referrals from recent employers
