BASIC FUNCTION:
•Provide assistance to VP/Sales Support, Senior Associate Director/Ad Sales Administration, and Senior Associate Director/Sales Support for all pricing analysis and recommendations using a mix of Excel models and on an ad hoc basis, rate communication, interact with sales, finance, and other departments’ team members, billing inquiries, weekly billing sign off, processing of ad contracts, reporting, process enhancements/improvements, and documentation.

SKILLS REQURIED:
•Attention to detail.
•Fluid with basic math.
•Comfortable learning and teaching others how to effectively use a wide range of technology.
•Able to work with (social skills) sales people, executive staff, and liaise with all departments within the company.
•Proactive.
•Able to take ownership and manage to completion small to medium size projects.
•Multitasker.
•Great time management.
